Based on the information provided by the participating employers, our
recruitment/headhunter staff will use local and national resume
databases to target and personally invite the local candidates that best
match the needs of our employers.
TELEVISION/RADIO
Unlike most Career Fairs, we include television and radio as a large part
of our marketing campaign. Our TV/radio ads are carefully planned to
hit during the right programs and times of day. In a tight job market, this is
the best way to attract the passive job seeker.

To attract the active job seeker, we also include local classified advertising and announcements through community agencies, church
and civic organizations.
